Royal Collection has been known to make some of the best Fairway woods over the last 6-7 years or so. Many golf enthusiasts in the West may be familiar with their Driving Cavity through their Sonartec brand. Sonartec has long been a popular choice of many PGA and LPGA professionals for their superbly designed and super performing fairway woods.

In a 2006 Golf Digest shootout of 20+ Fairways and wood hybrids/utilities, a Royal Collection Cv Pro from early 2005 was still the favorite all round performer of many pro testers. That Cv Pro has in fact made it to the West as a Sonartec 2007 model.
