I decided to pick up a pair Bridgestone Tourstage golf shoes for this season. They are last years model SHV550 and were on clearance in Japan at over 65% off so I grabbed a pair. I had two pairs of shoes last year, Nike and Adidas and didn't like them both. Found the Nike's cheap and the Adidas not comfortable at all. The SHV550 come with a Turbo Rubber inner sole, a technology also used in Tourstage clubs for shock absorbption. They have Tourstage Arch Support insoles which are very comfortable. It will also be the first time I go without spikes, as the SHV550 use Tourstage's X-Grip sole. They feel great on the feet, size 7 1/2 and all models are standard EEE width for lots of room and comfort. The shoe is also waterproof which would come in useful as the weather sucks right now... I hope to try out some Ecco shoes this year as well as I hear they are superb!
