Royal Collection has long been known to make some of the best Fairway Woods to ever come out of Japan. In the past most of their clubs were geared towards lower handicappers or professionals looking for a compact workable head. This year, RC released two new Fairways, first the Star FD, the first time a Fairway from RC really targeted the mid to higher handicap player with a super shallow face and deep depp CG. RC also recently released the new Pro TP fairway, geared at low handicappers and pros. Both Fairways are available with a multitude of top Japanese high end shafts directly from Royal Collection. Kannai pro presents his GDO review, giving super high marks to both clubs. The FD Star got top marks for forgiveness and ease of use, and Kannai noted is very easy to hit a draw. The Pro TP got top marks for a compact head that was workable in every way, draw, fade or staight. Watch the video here!
